In reverence to soul of the global medicines that she works with, Jennifer has been a student of Ayurveda, a Traditional Indian wellness system, since 2011. Over the years she has spent long periods of time under her teachers in Ayurvedic postpartum care, pyschology, food, movement (yoga) and more. In addition, Jennifer’s own lineage is incorporated into these teachings through family herbal medicine and homeopathy.
