If we haven't met yet, I'm so wholly honored to share this ride!
The long and short of my story is this: I have been blessed with a unique perspective on life and motherhood. My entire life has been spent navigating chronic disease and my entire mothering experience has been learning how to thrive with miracle kids - one early baby and a daughter on the autism/sensory spectrum. Using the diverse life experiences our family has been gifted, I have found a passion for supporting like hearts.
For over a decade now, I have spent every spare moment plugged into living life well with chronic disease. I'm a yoga instructor, integrative life coach, and perhaps a clean living and herbal medicine "expert," amongst many other not-so-important titles.
(My most important title is and always will be His; my faith is absolutely the foundation for my peace.)
After several years of teaching - in 2014 I began speaking life into my life out loud; broadcasting the real and raw experiences my precious family has been through (and is in) with encouragement from my better half.
Our stories matter so much. But they only truly make an impact when we find the good in the challenging, ugly, difficult, different and hard. There's so much!
Today, I work daily to live in peace, contentment and joy while also living with my chronic disease and raising an incredible little miracle-fam. I live to inspire others who might be on a challenging path too. And I'm partnering with women around the globe to do the same!
We are made for so much more than we can know in this moment.
As we get to know each other better, you'll find out that I have a huge heart for Jesus, coffee, experiencing joy-in-reality (real is all we've got my friend!), all the beautiful books ever, clean low carb ketogenic and plant-based food, and motherhood. I feel it's my life's work to create safe and intentional community and conversation around wild spaces, the stories we live, and the One who has called us to stay the course. Because, really, we matter. And how we walk (or run) with our story and Jesus can change lives. I so look forward to getting to know you on your path!
Often I get questions like, "How are you so positive after (insert one of the dozens of challenges we've experienced here)?" Click here to see our video with Sun Valley Community Church. It explains my hope, and what can be yours too. Our part starts at the 27:00 minute mark, though I recommend watching the whole thing! This sermon on "storms" might just change your life.
